WEDNESDAY APRIL 17TH, Dragon Fruit

DESIGN PRINCIPLE

All of us brought different fruits or vegetables that we find are interesting and fascinating. I picked out the dragon fruit because it has a very odd shape and bold colours. We were then told to create a drawing of the fruits in various types of ways such as realistically, with dots, without lifting the pen, with basic shapes, using contrasting colours, drawing it inside out however I imagined how it had look like because I did not cut it open, I also had to draw it with old my non-dominant hand, and also drawing it with my eyes closed. We were able to create a drawing with any medium that we want too.

This lesson was very interesting and creative because it allowed me to explore much more mediums other than just pencils. I created different textures and shapes to create the fruit other than just realistically. It was challenging but intriguing also.
