During this weeks class, we learnt about contextualising bread. We watched a video of the understanding research as inquiry, it focuses on questions and problems that have not been solved and this creates new questions and concepts. This expands our research and broadens our knowledge of the main topic which is bread.

Two type of methods on how to research is Quantitative and Qualitative. Quantitative is a collection of numbers and statistics where as Qualitative is our or others experience, beliefs, ideas and values.

Today we had a group workshop and form into 3 to 4 people a group. As a group we had to create a question relating to bread however, instead of answering the question, we had to expand it by asking more questions relating back to the main question. We pass on our questions to the other groups to create a question of the expanded ones and this helped us understand research as inquiry and helped improved our knowledge about bread. This lesson actually inspired me to pick a concept for my motion video. We circled the most interesting questions to focus on.
