LLENGE :

(Making-A-Difference) M-A-D Design: Should the focus of competition participation be on winning or the learning experience?

It should be focused on both aspects because both are equally important and have their own benefit. However when we look deeper into it, even though the participant focuses on both they would still feel dejected by not winning a competition that they join. Therefore, we would like to do something that gives comfort and encouragement towards the participants for trying their best, which eventually builds back the confidence they have lost.

CONCEPT :

• Words of encouragement

• Reward stickers/pins

• Merit Badges

• Praising
