DESIGN PROCESS

In class today we learnt about character studies. First we wrote down our favourite or most memory location. I wrote down events that my family usually holds that invites the whole family. The description and details that I wrote down were very basic and straight forward to identify what is happening at the scene. We then swiped papers to draw what type of character that we imagined that suited the location.

Final Outcome

I created a scene where we can see the different characters in the location of the person describing the area. I had place in the most basic and relevant objects and people into the drawing to identify what was going on.

After we were finish with the drawing, we were able to find out who the location belonged to and it surprised me that how her description and my imagination were very different. This workshop shows me that different people can interpret and show a story from a totally different perspective than the original story line.
