ALL ABOUT BREAD (WEEK 1)

First lesson of semester 2, this semester we only have one module which is Design Practice Part 1 to focus on unlike semester 1 where we had Design Principle and Process. Our main focus this semester is to create a 30 second motion video focusing on the topic of bread. Any particular concept of bread such as history, culture, social, politics and economy etc. Next semester will be the continuous of what we have been doing so far during semester 2.

After we went through the brief slide, we form into teams of 3 people and were told to pick a certain part of the world. My group focused on Australasia and Oceania, we had to discover information about bread regarding the topics above.

Each group then presented our different country mind maps and inform the information they have researched. We connected the similarities between the different countries using strings. Each country has their own culture and tradition of bread however, bread is bread and it connects in all of the countries.
